I was forced to stand in line waiting while two women who worked there played with a dog someone had brought into the bank.
Why was there a dog in the bank? What possible place does your dog have there? This wasn’t a service dog, it was a chihuahua or something, and you’re not supposed to pet service dogs anyways. Then, why were these associates playing with the dog when they had people in line? Finally the lady who came to help me didn’t even wash her hands or anything after playing with this dog.

Read moreThere are 3 tellers standing around and not one welcomed me or offered to help, while I was standing and waiting to speak to someone. All 3 ladies were focused on one woman who was already being helped, mind you. It does not take a genius to know that you should greet anyone that walks-in and ask if they need help, especially if not busy. These are the basics of customer service.
