Initially, my wedding needed to be rescheduled the week of due to myself and the groom coming down with Covid. Nery was very patient and reassured us that everything was going to be ok. Fast forward one month and Nery superseded our expectations. She hand delivered our flowers to the venue and setup everything. Not only were the flowers GORGEOUS, she even assisted with setting up candles I had and placing the favors on the plates. I ordered a dozen red roses online for Valentine's Day, almost a week in advance. I got a confirmation email from the website immediately. Then, on Valentine's day, nothing showed up to my apartment. I figured it was a busy day and the drivers might not get to us until later. But when I called Nery's near the end of the day, they said they had "no record" of my order. Eventually, they found my info while on the phone and just acted bewildered, saying they didn't know why they "hadn't seen it before now". I had a great customer service experience here. My apartment building killed my flowers by putting them in a freezer all day on Valentines day. I went to the florist to show them what had happened and they were appalled. They were able to put together a rush arrangement for me the following day and had them hand delivered to me on a Saturday morning. Even though the mistake was 100% my building's front desk and the florist did nothing wrong, their response and care to make me happy was above and beyond.
