Chris is a very talented welder who takes artistic pride in his work. I needed a spiral staircase to integrate seamlessly with an existing deck, that had no stairs. Chris came by to evaluate the job and understood exactly what I was looking for. I later presented him some drawings, with dimensions and more clarification on what I was looking for and we actually met to discuss the details a couple of times. He did an exceptional job of building the 8 foot staircase, and was within the 1/16 inch tolerance given by the drawings. The workmanship is excellent with clean welds and beautiful powder coat finish. He welded in features that made integration into the existing deck very easy. Chris was awesome in a handful of ways: 1) asked great questions to understand the scope of what I needed, 2) fabricated a hitch for the front of my F350, so that I could add a bike rack for my ebike (as I’ll be full time RVing with a 5th wheel and was advised against adding that much weight to the back of the RV - even if it had already had a hitch, which it didn’t), 3) quoted a fair price, 4) worked with me to schedule truck drop off and hitch installation due to some limited windows of time on my part, 5) installed it and even added the bike rack for me just to make sure it all worked together (and it does!) and 6) is just clearly very good at his craft and a reliable and good person. I needed some tie-down points welded on my new aluminum trailer for hauling my SxS. I want it completed ASAP and reached out to Chris for a quote. He was more than happy to do his best to accommodate my urgency.
