Good luck getting through to get a delivery.Sales staff made promises that seemed to good to be true and were.I can understand delayed delivery but there were hours of time on hold to a generic phone line with no resolve on when I might get the couch.Online chat is totally unreliable .they left me there for an hour when i couldn't get through on the phone.They promise to call you back but don't.
