We engage our patients with reminders, confirmations and reactivation - text, email and post card correspondence - on a schedule we established and can easily modify. Text and email correspondences are two way – patients can and do engage us via LegWork in scheduling conversations regarding their appointments. In addition to the custom notification flexibility via our dashboard, we can customize the communication template messages (text, email & post card). Early in our relationship with LegWork there were some minor glitches that were quickly resolved. I believe these are inevitable with this type of relationship … regardless of who you work with. Read moreOnboarding with Legwork was great. Doug did an awesome job getting my team and I up to speed. Once the onboarding is over, the support is no where to be found. There are a lot of things you can't customize. Navigating through the portal is not as simple as I would like it to be, compared to other communication platforms. Sending paperless consents to patients is not streamlined. I was told the only way send out patient consents/forms is to have the patient log onto legwork, and pull it up on their phones. If you need support for anything, you can only email them which may take a day or two for them to respond.
