This was my first corset, so I read the info on the site, watched the videos. I sent my measurements using the form to get recommendations from their "fitting experts". In this form, I noted that I wanted the corest for fashion purposes. The "fitting expert" listed 3 corest models and sizes. Thinking they were all for my stated purpose, fashion, I ordered the one I liked best for $70.

When I got it, it was big at the hips and bust. All of the company's reps on the site say to season it for a few weeks and to contact with pictures if that doesn't help. It didn't. It looked like I had large triangles stuck to my hips and masses under my arms.

When I contacted them about it, Rep 1 basically said, it looks great for you for waist training (read: moving your bones and internal organs out of place). When I described how the "fitting expert" "helped" me, Rep 2 graciously offered to let me pay them 15% of the item cost (plus shipping, of course) for the privilege of returning the item so they could resell it, as the whole process had taken more than 30 days.

Everything about this reeks of a scam. Step 1) misrepresent product by offering "advice". Step 2) tell rube to keep trying to make unsuitable product work for weeks until return period expires. Step 3) demand money for taking back item to resell to next rube. Step 4) roll around in your mountain of money.

Stay away from these people. They will rob you...

Amazing customer service with the sizing and with their instant chat. Fast and easy to get your corset. However, if you end up needing to do an exchange, it’s a little disappointing and more hassle. It’s not very quick and you have to pay your shipping for the item there and pay again for it to come back. And it takes 2 weeks or so, so it’s not that fast. That was a let down, considering how amazing customer service was at the beginning, but if you end up needing to exchange, then it gets more complicated than it has to be. Most companies send you a shipping label at the very least so that you don’t endure even more costs. Because you end up paying again for shipping both ways and duties and taxes, once more. I ordered a overbust corset on August 10th 2018 and it arrived on August 14th 2018. So very fast delivery for standard delivery. Talked to alot of people who worked there and gave them my measurements which helped them figure out the correct size for me. Corset was a little big I bought a size 24 and there was too much gapping for just seasoning so I did an exchange and got a size 22 instead. I sent it back to them on August 17 and it arrived there August 24, they sent it back on August 28 and it arrived on August 29. So the exchange went smoothly and the 22 fits great so just seasoning it for two weeks 14 days according to their schedule. The one I bought is recently created so only comes in one color black.
