So I just left this card shop and I had driven out there fully intending on purchasing 3 boxes of basketball cards and 1 box of football cards. I wish it allowed to give less than one star for a rating because I would have given ZERO stars if I could‼️ I made the drive to the shop out on a recommendation from a friend of mine who said the owner was a good guy to deal with.. Well the owner wasn’t there, and it was a wasted trip‼️ their selection is very limited and prices are all over the place. Normally I do not take the time to post negative reviews on small businesses as I am a small business owner myself . The reason I am taking the time to Post this review is to let whoever owns this little store no what’s happening when they are not there because if it was me I would want to know if my employees word this horrible ‼️ The young lady that was there working today cost your company around $2,000‼️💲💲💲 And more importantly she eliminated any chance of you gaining a loyal customer that would frequently add to my collection every month. She was extremely rude and could not answer even the simplest of questions that I asked her😤🤯 She seemed completely put out every time I asked a question or to take a look at something. Not exactly a good first impression I will never go back to that store again and the owner would probably not be very pleased to know that his customers are being treated with irritation and lack of knowledge from his employees. Just a tip to this young lady.... When helping customers and addressing questions simply shrugging your shoulders or being irritated when answering “I don’t know” ALL THE WHILE NOT EVEN LOOKING UP FROM THE SHOW YOU ARE WATCHING ON YOUR...

This store was my 5 boys dream store. it was easy to find parking and the store owners were beyond nice to my boys. They had so many Pokemon cards that were priced amazing that I thought my kids jaws were going to hit the floor. My older son who loves baseball cards was excited to see how organized the baseball section was so he could easily find his favorite sports team. We went just yesterday and my boys are already begging me to go again. They could have spent hours in there. Lots of cool cards to look at and you can even buy individual Pokemon cards that are in sleeves, which was mind blowing to my cute 6 year old. I would HIGHLY recommend going to check out this store. its just the right size so its not overwhelming as a mom with 5 boys in the store. I could easily keep my eye on all of them, with out them going in all different directions. Chris the owner took the time to talk to my kids and make them feel special.
