The food was great!! Just how I remember from when I was little.
But I need to point out I ordered on GrubHub at like 8pm on the 26th because I had just moved in to a new place and had nothing to eat. It was canceled a bit after 10pm. No problem. I ordered again for lunch and put extra chicken and toast on the order so it would last an extra meal. As it was it was still three meals and desert for a week but in the screenshots you'll see I didn't get what I ordered, what I PAID for. Theft. Not in my nostalgic memory of DQ 😭 Also did not need five gravies oops 😬
And yeah what you see is what I got. +2 chickens paid for, only +1 arrived. Extra toast paid for, didn't come. Great. Thanks.
Now I'm sick and hungry and went to GrubHub thinking I'll order something and saw and remembered DQ stole from me . . . stole from a disabled woman who just moved and it made me sick. It's a lot of food already yeah but you don't know why I ordered extra. I could have planned extra meals like I did, or been feeding a small family. Guessing someone either made a mistake or thought they were saving someone a heart attack? Either way when I asked GrubHub for help they refused because of the cancelled order the night before. Hence why I'm calling this theft. I didn't cancel the order! But I was told that because of . . . ugh I wish I had saved the conversation but basically there were too many bad orders on "this or other accounts"??? I made my GrubHub account forever ago and never used it. Like I'm pretty sure I've had it for ten years and now I have two orders on it, both from DQ, one was cancelled due to it not being delivered by the time the store closed.
So because of that I was stolen from. By both...
Read moreSo, all in all, I dig the food, service is fine and atmosphere is as good as fast food can be I guess, but I am appalled at the price increase to an already expensive fast food joint. I came in to get your awesome Royal New York cheesecake shake in the large size and I whipped out the 7 bucks I expected to pay and dude relayed to me that it was $8.43 and I thought I didn’t hear him right, 3 times over I asked a “huh?”, “what?”, “say that again” (he kind of had a lisp I must note), and finally I looked at the little monitor to see it so I could believe it. After that, all I could say was “Jesus Christ, what happened?” And he said we’ve had a price increase due to inflation. I ended up asking dude to make that a medium instead just so I could live with paying a little less for a shake. What a joke Dairy Queen! That’s absurd to charge people that much for ice cream and some cheesecake cubes. I hate to say it but you’ve lost two customers, me and my man. Love your product but your price makes you crooked. Paying that much made me feel embarrassed. I felt stupid for paying it and your owner should feel bad for charging it....
Read moreI went there and I asked for a 2 for 5$ super snack and I have a child with celiac so the fry’s can’t be touching other gluten things or else it will make him sick and he’ll be throwing up for 24 hours. I asked for the fry’s to be bagged separately due to an allergy and the lady taking the order said ok. I pull up to the window and the cashier hands me my food and I tell her I asked for the fry’s bagged separately. She then proceeds to tell me in a loud and rude voice that she can’t touch the food once she’s handed it to me. I then ask if I can pay for another fry and she says in the same tone of voice as before, “no you can’t! You’ll have to go through the drive through again because I have other cars waiting behind you!” I then say ok and she slams the window. I understand not giving different food if it’s someone who is just picky and doesn’t like ketchup or something on their hamburger, but my child will be throwing up for 24 hours and/or could end up in the hospital because of a severe disease. The whole thing was very unprofessional and I will not be going there again. DQ, please...
