To walk out of this store far more frustrated then when I walked is becoming a regular occurrence at this store.
• Parts never in stock.
• Inexplicably filthy everywhere
• Unorganized parts and lay out, Much less selection of parts compared to other branches of this same store.
• Open boxes/ladders literal everywhere, in every isle all day and every single time I've ever been there, the tripping hazard is incredibly high.
• Parts regularly unboxed, in poor conditions or just straight up rained on from being left outside.
• Unreliable employees, I've had my time wasted more than once when calling to confirm a part is in stock before arriving and then being told there was no stock in person at the store.
• Products falling off the shelves and just left on the floor everywhere.
I'm fairly patient and generally don't get upset by trivial things but do to the circumstances this evening I needed to get parts at this location.
I have never had a more frustrating experience walking into a store and walking out 40 mins later empty handed after digging through this mess of a store to find out they didn't have what I was looking for.
It's far more efficient to drive and extra 20-30mins to the salt...

Installing new dishwasher and went to find new valve and connection parts. Guy at the desk took one look at the old valve, which I had purchased there a few years ago, and said they had nothing like it and that they had never sold that type before (1/4 Turn ball valve with female pipe thread). I went to the section where the valves were myself, and found the 1/4 turn ball valve, plus the two additional connection parts I needed.
However, upon installing new machine, I discovered that the supply hose on the new dishwasher was a different size than the old one, so instead of adding additional parts to those I had bought at Standard Plumbing, I went to another store and found two parts that would work.
Then, I made the mistake of waiting to return the unopened parts to Standard Plumbing and when I tried, it was past the 30 day refund period. Plus it states on the receipt that they charge a 20% restocking fee.
Lesson learned - I will not be shopping here...

I experienced a situation recently involving a quality issue with the manufacturer Rheem. I will not bore you with the details, however it was quite involved and time consuming with Rheem refusing to address an obvious quality issue with their product. Fortunately for me Standard Supply stepped in to help I'd like to thank Lon Lemmon the manager for his help, and in particular Zac Attard who personally went to bat for me and spent considerable time and effort on my behalf interacting with Rheem in an attempt to resolve the issue. As I mentioned, in spite of Zac's efforts Rheem never did step up with any resolution which was very disappointing. However Zac came up with a solution even though it was not technically their responsibility or issue in any fashion.
