Kohl's — Local services in West Burlington

I used to love Kohl’s. I’m not sure what happened...the employees are never in a good mood. I get my bag tossed at me and I’m the one saying thank you?? My last experience was horrible. I purchased several pairs of jeans, some on clearance. I used my 30% off coupon. Everything went ok until I got home to try them on. One clearance pair did not ring up at the clearance price. I took it back and after some huffing and puffing about how they couldn’t adjust it, they returned the pair then re-rang the item at the clearance price, but wouldn’t give me my discount. I asked why and they proceeded to tell me “someone” put the clearance tag on to rip off the store and looked at me- like I was the one who did it! How offensive! Was told I couldn't get my 10.00 off on my purchase of almost 200.00 cause I bought Carter clothes, only 4 items were Carters 150.00 roughly was another brand doesn't make sense my sister got it and another lady in different line. I won't shop Burlington Ia store again very disappointed I spent alot of money there and this is how I'm treated. Snotty also and kept my hangers I wanted There just lucky I wanted the clothes for my grandson. I love Kohl's in West Burlington, IA. We are very limited with clothing stores in our town. I'd rather shop locally and in-store rather than online not knowing if quality is good or items are accurate in sizes. Plus, I can look at more than what I originally planned on shopping for. However, if I do buy online, I can ship to store and not pay shipping fees. Kohl's now has a Sephora collection which I absolutely love. I used to purchase Sephora products in Peoria at the Northwoods shopping mall. I was very happy to hear that we were getting a Sephora in our store as well. You can't go wrong with Kohl's sales...
