This review is for the service department.
It is not a pleasant experience with this service department this time.
I had to send my working van on Monday because it needs an oil change, and I also asked them to check the van because one of the emergency light is on. They got back to me saying one of the sensor needs a replacement, the sensor will arrive and get done on Wednesday. I had receive a phone call on Wednesday morning and told me the van will be ready in noon. That is the last thing I heard from them. I stopped the shop on Thursday Friday and Saturday trying to pick up my van, no one there is able to find my key. I called the next Monday to the service guy to see what is going on. he said the part was never delivered to them.
It is my working van, I would really appreciate if someone can give me a head up when the van needs to stay there longer than it was told to be. If someone can communicate to me that the part won’t be in next few days, I can at least take my van, do my work, and send it back whenever the part come in. But they don’t communicate, just let the van...
Read moreHad my van for a week. I clearly feel my 2019 van has a hesitation. They said I doesn't. I met the tech on Tueaday morning (6 days after my appointment) to go for a road test together. I showed him my issue, he acknowledged it but said this is a 10 speed transmission and it is protecting itself. They kept it another day to see if the transmission had the latest firmware, which it does. They were very nice and lent me a 2020 Trax. I thought I was losing my mind because it's doing the same exact thing. Therefore I cannot get mad at the people, they were great and professional. I have come to the conclusion that this is truly just the craftsmanship of the product.
MY BRAND LOYALTY OF CHEVROLET IS GONE.

I dealt with Jeff in the service department, who attempted to get over on me by telling me I needed a $620+ job and part that I knew would not fixed the problem with my car. After 2 days of my car with Paul Miller, I honestly do not believe my car was even looked at. As I was on my way to pick up my car, Jeff called me to tell me that it was a part that was covered under warranty. Jeff was suppose to call when the part (axels) came in. 2 weeks later still no call from this dealer ship. I will never take my car here again nor ever recommend someone to this place....
