So I went to the Chicago New Nows in Chicago . All I wanted was a plastic bag because I bought many things that couldn't fit in my back pack. I was being polite and ask nicely if I can have one but they were mean and rude. The worker ask "Is that all? Just a plastic bag? Well you'll have to buy something here to get the plastic bag or pay 7 cent." His tone was unprofessional and rude and it seems like he couldnt careless about it. I was like standing there baffle, because I was nice to them and ask politely yet they were rude about it, me buying only a plastic bag. Other customers were there and the same worker who I ask about the plastic bag was sweet talking to the other customers. I was the only asain customer there. When it was my turn to pay, I grab just random candy to pay. He looked at me and didn't talk nicely and nor was professionally. They are cheating people with their pricing. I went to buy a pop and a bottle of water.one had a price of 3.79 and the water was 3.99 Jason said to me the prices were wrong.. I said will you honor the price on the bottles? He said “I’m not gonna do that because I haven’t finished the transaction yet”! I don’t do the pricing, y’all did!! I put the water back and keep the soda. I feel you should honored what was on the bottles. There also was a family who bought a hoodie that was price at 29.99 but rung up for $34 plus tax and all Jason said was unfortunately I can’t give you a refund!!!
