DTLR — Local services in West Chicago Township

Very unprofessional...you purchase merchandise here and when you need to return wanted purchase employee at kedzie and Chicago Ave.were Closed at 6:45 p.m. instead of 7 p.m. and advise customers that system is down to keep from excepting returns and being able to close out registers early. Advised by other location this is a game they play all the time at this location.( light skined gentleman with the dreads is the one that told me of the unfortunate system down situation) after being sent away I was advised maybe to call his district manger and alert them of the games they play. Bottom line I don't spend my hard earned money with ppl. Who play games and think poor customer service is okay. Other stores knew the act and who was doing it before I could finish my statement...if you don't want to work quit bet you were paid until 7 not 6:45. Damn shame..hold on to that only in hood...

Came to pick up shoes before the store closed I came at 6:55pm but they closed the store prior to closing hours. Google says store hours close at 7pm. The employee and security guard saw me and turned me away. This isn't a short...

Never heard of this place before. Lot of nice clothes for young people and old people who like to dress young. Also have clothes for kids and plus size people. Name brand clothes so it can be expensive. Sale people here a nice...
