See Thru Chinese Kitchen — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

I want to spend money with a establishment who doesn't care about it's customers well... this is the place. Tonight my husband placed a pickup order for shrimp egg foo young and beef chop suey specials. Once he gets home I open the container I see just brown rice with several pieces of under cooked shrimp. No green onion, no sprouts, no egg, no onion. When I call to question why we received shrimp fried rice missing these Ingredients, the lady claims u dont get those ingredients with the specials because they cost extra!!! I've been eating shrimp fried rice for over 30 years in Chicago and NEVER had and establishment tell me something so ridiculous!! The manager who I requested to speak to informed me with a small combo u only get egg and onion in your rice, which was missing as well. On top of the fact both ladies kept cutting me off as I was trying to speak!!! These people are a complete joke!!! I'm laughing and irritated with no dinner tonight because aside from the trifling mushy rice the egg foo young was undercooked!!!!...

The chicken looks deform and real big they tell you they have brown rice but they don’t please pass this place they give you what they want and don’t care I wish I could take a picture they want let me put Another review I just ordered October 2/24 at 4:30 another review's I just ordered October 2 change me 11 dollars for small Beef fried rice with bean sprouts and when I tell you, I literally had about five piece pieces of beef in my food. I ordered for delivery for a large chicken fried rice and a small beef and shrimp fried rice. I called back telling the lady that they only gave me beef and shrimp fried rice. She yelled at me saying I did not order that (it was the first thing I ordered) she was yelling and hung up on me. I called back and told her I just want my large chicken fried rice I don’t understand why she was so aggressive and rude.
