I was there Tuesday 7/15/ 25. Around 11:00pm. I just got off work , feeling hungry. I decided to stop by to grab a bite to eat. I drove through drive through.The guy taking my order. Was very ignorant and rude arguing with me , giving me attitude, raising his voice at me, his customer. I told him he needs to respect.Who does he think he is. You don’t treat your customers like that. He didn’t want to sell me the special meal because he insisted that they only had white meat. The meal I wanted is dark meat. I told him what does that have to do with me. Get me your manager. He points at his manager. The whole time the guy was yelling and arguing with me his manager was just staring at me had nothing to say. I spoke to his manager about honoring me the meal. He finally honored the special in white meat. What kind of manager will let his employees, speak to the customers in that manner. That guy taking orders should be held accountable for his bad behavior towards customers.He should be reprimanded for arguing with his customer. UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR!!! I will never go there again. Read moreOn October 25th, my boyfriend and I placed an order for pick up and paid through the Popeyes website. When we arrived at the drive thru, I provided them with my name and they said they did not have an order with my name. I asked them to confirm the address to make sure I was at the right location, and the guy got nasty with me and said I should know where I am. So, I pulled up to the window to show him my receipt for the order. He took my phone, it looked like maybe he was putting the order in the system, he asked for my phone number then told me he has to wait for his manager to get out of the bathroom. They were super busy, so he asked me to park and then come in the store. When the manager finally came out of the bathroom, he said that their system didn’t have my order at all and that I would need to contact support to get a refund. We paid 28.88, never got our food and still don’t have a refund. I contacted support, they said it would take 24/48 hours. After 3 days, I checked the site again and it said the issue has been resolved and closed. No option for me to contact anyone else. So again I counted them SLOWER so she can catch up(only 5 pieces) told her I was missing a breast, she gave me a thigh as if I didn't know the difference she then threatened to replace my one Breast and would through it a plastic bag with no box or cover or wrapper. I then asked for a refund. She asked me to pass her the food before I get my money.(mind you they make sure they have their money and receipt before passing u your food).
