I paid a lot of money to these people they fix my grandson scream on his phone up on his phone they gave us the service that we wanted that was good but later on down the line when I went to try to pay my grandson's phone he was connected to someone else's line and my daughter I was trying to tell her what was going on and she wound up I'm going to file a complaint against them to get all my money back and something!! And I'm not from that neighborhood it's a meter just like they treat people of that neighborhood any kind of way and think they're illiterate but people are not you messing with the wrong people that come up in there everybody ain't on drugs and everybody not on welfare on living in section 8 houses and I work hard for my money everyday I get up every morning and I work just like you do to be swindled with my grandsons phone and I told my daughter to come up there to rectify the problem with you all and she yet and still didn't so you all turned my grandson's phone off now we have to do a whole another plan and get him a whole another phone and another number with my heart on work and money‼️we're all coming people's neighborhood and think you can treat people any kind of way that's not my neighborhood you reap what you sow‼️see you...

This place is located in a low income area run by middle eastern men who sell cellular devices that they have obtained by offering the lowest possible value for the products because they take advantage of their clientele. They assume that most of the people in the area in which their business is located are struggling economically so instead of offering a fair price for the products that they purchase from the people that come into their establishment they exploit them by devaluing the price of the products that are sold to them and then overpricing those same products for resale in their shop. To anyone looking to get a fair price for their cellular devices that they are no longer using or have a need for I strongly recommend they not waste their time by going here. If I myself wasn’t in a financial bind when I took my own device their for resale I would have walked out which after hearing their offer I did but unfortunately after realizing that because of time constraints I didn’t have much choice I begrudgingly took the money offered and paid the overdue bill facing disconnection that led me to patronize their establishment in the first place. Unprofessional and Untrustworthy Service ​I'm writing this review to warn others about the unprofessionalism I experienced. After dropping off my iPad for a repair, I was shocked to find fingerprints on the inside of the screen when I picked it up. This clearly shows a lack of care and attention to detail during the repair process. ​To make matters worse, they tried to charge me extra money when I went to collect my device, despite having agreed on a fixed price when I dropped it off.
