Such poor customer service from current staff - have seen staff turnover for past 20 yrs, but these ones can't admit they made a mistake and when called back for manager, was told "not available, got other customers to take care of" and then I was hung up on - just by use of the word "other" implies that I also must be a customer, but instead, was accused of wanting to argue when all I really wanted to offer was clarity, but got nothing but hostility, which I as a customer don't have time for that, I just want to get what I asked for and pay the price for it, not just accept something else - when a customer says they want a 3 item combo, why would the order taker decide to turn it into a 2 item order just because they didn't understand I wanted 1 of 1 item, then double (2) of the other item (1+2 still='s 3, all day long)- but they will not get anymore of my money or time even though I know the importance of spending $ in my community -their food can be hit or miss, this was a miss because I can't eat anything prepared by people with such bad attitudes, which may even be a reflection on how mindful they are of their...

The miscreant who served me was rude, obnoxious and abusive. He mouthed off to the woman who was in front of me (she was polite), and was amazingly confrontational and abusive to me. He tried to charge me 30 dollars for a 17 dollar order and when I asked him about it, he said "Do you want your food or what?" When I said that there was no need to get rude about it, he ignored me. When I examined my food and told him that I seemed to missing the bread that came with it, he started pawing at my food. I took it off the counter and said that I didn't want him touching it. His response was to threaten to call security on me. What a jerk. The woman in front of me said that he was rude and obnoxious to her as well. Up until today this was the jjs I recommended. They had a lunch special 2 rice bowls for 12.99 plus tax from 10am to 3pm. Today when I walked in there to get my usual I was told that I'm lying about the sale that they had. I've purchased rice bowls as recently as the second of Sept 2025. I purposely purchased 2 gyro rice bowls for 12.99. 1 for my husband and 1 for a homeless woman outside of the store that I legitimately just gave her the rice bowl.
