I’ve been a loyal client at Eyelashworks (West Loop Location) for quite some time now, and I can confidently say this is the best lash studio in Chicago. I first discovered them through a former co-worker who raved about their service—and now I completely understand why. After trying more than a handful of lash places across the city, I can honestly say nothing compares to the quality, consistency, and professionalism at Eyelashworks.

Victoria and Nikki are my go-to artists. Nikki, in particular, does incredible hybrid lashes—easily the best I’ve ever had. Victoria is equally amazing and never disappoints. They both have such a calm presence and a high level of skill that makes every appointment feel like a treat.

A huge shoutout to the owner, Nelly. She has built a reputation that’s well-earned. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and her team. On the rare occasion that I’ve had an issue, the team has been incredibly kind, quick to respond, and eager to find a solution—no questions asked. The reception girlies are literally the best!

The environment is clean, welcoming, and filled with good energy. If you’re looking for lashes that last, done by professionals who truly care, Eyelashworks is the only place I’d recommend. I’m so grateful for this team and can’t see myself going...

One thing I love the absolutely most about Eyelash Works, is the customer service! Always accommodating, always receptive to feedback, and very compassionate! They are very flexible and make working with them simple! I’ve been to a lot of the girls and although they may have different styles, all their work is great! My faves are Jen and Vita. They are great with full Hybrid Wispy sets! I have to give credit to the woman in charge, Nelli. Thank you for creating such a great experience. And thank you for saving me at my last appointment. As I visited the newest location in west loop, I forgot to submit my payment for parking. Not only that but I forgot my zone number 🥴, Vita had already started my lashes, and I was parked around the corner 😭. Nelli walked down the street and around the corner to find my vehicle, get the zone number, and submitted the payment for me through my phone while I continued to get my lashes done. Truly appreciated that. Thank you for going above and beyond! There is never a discrepancy but always a great experience when customer service...

THESE GIRLS ARE AMAZINGGGGGG I TRUST THEM WITH MY LIFEEEE! Have been going consistently for (about) 1-2 years, this review is long overdue. No better place I’d rather go to in Chicago and I’ll always be a returning customer until I hit 👏 that 👏 grave 👏 because 1.) pricing is reasonable, 2.) booking is convenient/accommodating around your schedule, 3.) service is quick and relaxing, 4.) I have trust in EVERY lash artist here to do a bomb a** job. Literally I’m comfortable booking any of these ladies and have full confidence that they’re going to deliver on my vision… I can’t recall a time where I’ve ever walked out of the salon not liking my lashes?!)
