These guys have ripped me off for far too long, and have always had terrible customer service. I have used this agency for about 5 years now, and had an issue with my auto-payment after my previous card expired. Worked with them at least 3 times to try to fix it, and each time the person on the phone guaranteed me that auto-pay was set up, but the next month i would always get notifications saying that my account was past due. After a couple months my insurance lapsed and I was without insurance, without knowing it. I called a different State Farm agency yesterday and found out that I was paying 65% more for my car insurance that I needed to. 3 stars purely for professionalism and politeness of employees. This place has done nothing but hike up prices year after year. They give you “discounts” then casually slowly hike up the price. I have been with this particular State Farm since I started driving, that’s quite a while, since then have received many “discounts” and then casually have the prices slowly hiked up to the point where I am now paying more than what I started paying initially. This is including said discounts. If you need staff to get back to you with information better schedule yourself to call back in because 9/10 they will not bother to call you back just to answer your concern. 3 stars and I’m being generous.
