Wow. We have learned a lot from our recent visit. Over the past 10-15 years, various family members (including my husband and I) happily purchased many pieces and sets of furniture from this establishment due to the great customer service and the quality of the furniture. But we did not have that same experience during the last visit and were ridiculed by this business for posting an honest review. So with that said, the quality of the furniture purchased in the past was good, but our experience (customer service) just wasn't good this time. Businesses shouldn't take things personally but instead should learn from reviews. Google Reviews exist for a reason. It is all about the customer's perception of the experience, and businesses can't lose sight of this and become defensive. These people work their tails off 6 out of 7 days/week. It’s locally, family-owned & they do anything and everything to get the job done in order to make their clients satisfied. Please go out and support your small businesses who actually care about their people & local community and continue to fight against the corporate/government take-over where clients are being treated like numbers and sold garbage for higher prices. Any negative reviews you see here are people who don’t have a clue how hard it is to run a small biz and Google should’ve revoked their ability to post reviews (Denise who took 7 min to get her cash) for being so ignorant. I had such a great experience here. My only negative comment is I wish the store was bigger! Everyone who we interacted with was so kind and helpful and literally went above and beyond to get us what we wanted. The fact that this furniture is brand new and the best price, also you can get it delivered for a good price in only a few days?! Anywhere else you’d have to wait months.
