Oh my let me tell you. Satisfaction guaranteed. My husband told me couple years ago that he wanted to upgrade my wedding ring. I thought wow this is amazing , well not so much. I could next find anything that just grabbed my heart and spoke to me like my original ring. In and out of multiple jewelry store looking and also online, and nothing. Then needing some repairs on my original ring walked into Greenberg, Water Tower Place, and let me tell you my heart fell in love. I have been looking for two years(yes 2 years) for an upgrade on my wedding ring. Now had some reservations on getting new(sentimental reasons) but I found one that I loved. And found the most beautiful diamond to go with the setting, then after getting home and thinking about original ring went back and we came up with the most beautiful setting(added some bands changed the original diamond, putting that into necklace) and my heart is in love. Thank youSanta B and Laura P for being so patient and kind, this was a very hard process for me (sentimental reasons) and you kept it all intake and help so much in the amazing upgrade. We have definitely become return customers and will highly recommend Greenbergs, Water Towers Place and highly recommend working with Samaya and Laura. The staff at my original visit were friendly and helpful. I was looking for a specific style of ring with an amethyst. They helped me find a ring, but it had a pink stone in it. They said I could get that ring with an amethyst, but it would take 6-8 weeks and would have additional costs. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, it took four months. When I picked it up, I was disappointed in the way it looked, but didn't get any help in trying to see that I was satisfied because it was a "special order." When I suggested that it didn't look like the one I tried on, they said the ring I had tried on with the pink stone was no longer there and had been returned to the home office. I think the designers rushed my order because of their being closed for awhile due to the pandemic. The diamonds were smaller than I remembered, the settings for the diamonds are so large that it covers most of the diamonds, and the amethyst is quite dark. I'm very disappointed in their lack of concern for my satisfaction. I won't be recommending Greenberg's, and next time, I'll go to...

We bought my husband's wedding band at Greenberg's, and we thought the price, selection and customer service were a slightly better than average, so when we ordered his ring we decided to have my engagement ring cleaned, replated and soldered to my wedding band before the wedding.

When we got the ring back, days before the wedding, we were FLOORED by the price they were asking. they wanted THREE TIMES what we thought we would be paying.

If they had at least done a quality job this would not have been that bad of a review, but the soldering job they did was so totally shoddy. Between the two rings were so terribly pocked, and dented and blackish, I don't know how else to describe it besides just awful.

It wasn't until I had to have a small diamond replaced years later that I realized. Another jeweler refinished the soldering job Greenberg's (or whomever Greenberg's has haphazardly decided to do business with, anyway) did beautifully, replaced my diamond, cleaned and replated my ring for a FRACTION of what we paid at...
