I came into the store needing a fitting for a bra. Was told to go be helped by a lady named Sabrina, although the person who put me in the dressing room (not Sabrina but I guess a lady named Tony) was the person I had a problem with. I approached the dressing room area and waited. Tony came to put me in a room. 1.) I didn’t know she was talking to me because there was one other associate,so I assumed she was talking to her.. well... I guess not because then she had an attitude with me to get my attention which made me super uncomfortable. 2.) never have I been asked to leave my coat outside the dressing room. Because it has all my money and ID’s in it, and she knew I was there for a fitting so I had no merchandise at all, I thought it was weird and I felt like she was assuming I’d try to steal things... but I had nothing from the store in my hands...so idk what that was about. And I work in retail.. and this is NOT how you treat customers at all. 3.) so I was confused and asked to make sure I understood her correctly. And she gave me another attitude and said, “leave your coat outside and get in there.” 4.) I’ve never refused to be helped by anyone ever until that happened. Plus, I didn’t feel comfortable putting on a thin white T-shirt and stepping outside the room because I came into the store w/o wearing a bra. So that level of uncomfortability plus the attitude Tony had with me made me just walk out without even getting fitted. 5.) I took matters into my own hands and sized myself by grabbing three different sizes. 6.) Pamela was the only person who treated me like a valued customer and she had class and manners. And the interaction lasted literally 30 seconds. it’s not that hard to provide good customer service, let alone making people feel comfortable in your store Pamela needs a raise and/or personal recognition from...
Read moreWent to return two bras & a sports pants today and the girl asked for my ID. I only had my passport on me and she looked at me crazy. Umm a passport is issued by the FEDERAL government. I said your reciepts say you accept it. She said okay sorry. Then she's trying to type my info into their scanner thing and her manager (really thin w/ dark hair and overly tanned skin) comes to assist. While she's doing that she looks at my reciept & ask where I bought the gift cards from. She said we can't accept your return because we weren't supposed to let you use these gift cards. Slshe was super snotty and basically acted like I'm a thief!! I didn't argue with her. I said okay & called customer relations. The girl I spoke w/ said that's she's a liar! So I got back in line and got her co worker. I said they'd like to speak with you. Whatever customer relations said worked but that rep was also looking at my passport crazy! Then when I went back to get my new items I turned around and the new worker and the one on the verge of skin cancer were staring at me talking crap.. Can someone explain what I did wrong? After I finished checking out the rude rep w/ skin cancer was like happy Mother's Day! Umm how do you even know if I have kids? Very rude and unpleasant experience! I'll never visit that store...
Read moreMy mom has been a loyal customer for years, never having any problems at any Victoria's Secret store. However, she had her first bad experience at this location. The manager did not provide a good experience.
We purchased some products and left the store. After a few minutes, we noticed that one of the sprays was damaged. We returned to the store (a long walk), and my mom explained the issue. They told her that she could go and get a replacement herself. She did, leaving the damaged one on the display.
When we went back to the checkout, the cashier said that my mom had to walk back again (a considerable distance) and bring the damaged item. We were disappointed with the attitude of both the cashier and the manager (she was there, we were the only customers in the store). They acted as if we were not important customers. The cashier and the manager could have explained the process and accompanied my mom to the display to assist her and be more kind. before that, also we asked something to the manager and her attitude wasn't the best.
Victoria's Secret is a brand that stands for much more than this, and we wanted to let you know about...
