I was recommended to this place by my cell provider. I drove from Wilmington, DE (1.50 hr round trip with rt 202 traffic) to have my cracked screen replaced. They did the job and the price was $371. I ordered a clear screen protector when I dropped off my phone to protect my brand new screen that was being installed. They never installed the screen protector. I had to go to another store to have it done.
**LESS THAN 1 WEEK LATER- My brand new screen installed by CPR cracked when I set it down or something. I bought a brand new shockproof case and had a screen protector installed after CPR replaced my screen. I don't even remember it cracking that is how light of an impact it was. I had to have a new screen installed after CPRs screen cracked. CPR SCREEN LASTED 1 WEEK!! UNBELIEVABLE. The new screen tech removed CPRs screen and said they used an aftermarket screen not a Genuine OEM Samsung screen. He told me the glass is much cheaper on AM screens. Now, I know why CPR made me sign a waiver about aftermarket screens when I dropped my phone to them to be repaired. I felt really strange signing that waiver and now I know why. I should have gone with my gut. CPR also told me AM screens were just as good as Genuine OEM which is TOTALLY NOT TRUE!!
Be careful of this place because with me they installed an aftermarket screen and I was still charged the same as an OEM Samsung screen. I was anxious to get my phone fixed and I should have did my homework made sure my new screen was an genuine OEM Samsung screen. Don't make the same mistake as me. USE A STORE THAT ONLY INSTALLS GENUINE OEM CELL PHONE SCREENS. Now, I am out another $400 for a new screen. I do not have insurance on my phone. Thanks CPR!!! Now my wallet needs CPR. I would not use this...
Read moreThey received a detailed overview of my phone issue prior to my appointment. I arrived on time and could tell the only person working was overwhelmed with the older individual he was working with.
I waited patiently as I have not had a working phone for days and was excited to see if it could be fixed. Another customer walked in behind me while the employee was still taking questions from the older person.
He was able to take 2 minutes with me and asked if I was the 10 am with the iPhone X. I said yes and he simply replied if you tried hard reset and it did not work you need a new phone. I must have gave him a look because he said the cost to fix my phone is more than it's worth (last time I checked they still get 500 bucks for iPhone X).
He never even touched the phone (what if I failed to do the hard reset correctly) just dismissed me with buy a new phone. Not sure if they even sell phones, but no chance I'm buying one there.
I'm headed to Apple Genius Bar for a first opinion (can't include my CPR appointment as anything but a brush off) and will never go back to CPR West Chester.
1 Star for the store being clean and organized.
PS: if that was the case why not call or email before I take 40 minutes out of my day to drive back and forth to my appointment.
Clarification: I do not have insurance. I had Apple Care+, which he may have seen on my account, but that expired Jan. 2020. I would not have made the appointment or spent 40 minutes to go your store if the coverage still applied. Trust me, I wish it still applied.
Once again the phone was never touched. Nick should have at least checked to see if it was completed correctly.

Read moreWasted my money and time, shouldve just bought one of their refurbished iPad. I'd love to change the review, but everything from the repair, upsell, and customer service wasn't it.
Got iPad repaired, screen cracked and OLED damaged. They upsold insurance with screen protector, which made the touch screen work poorly. The stripe where the OLED was damaged does not render touch after the repair. It's unusable. I was told, "yeah you're gonna have to demonstrate that" which I did. Then was told as I'm walking out "if ya would've tried anything before coming back in" when I had already signed up for the insurance and was given an unfinished job. Nothing was done to make it right and I was justifiably annoyed.
I took it in after signing up for the insurance that comes with a screen protector and was basically dismissed to use the insurance. Three visits, hours and 300 spent, and got insurance that won't do anything.
Overall this was a complete waste of time and money, and I should've just got a new device.
Edit: The OLED was charged for and not adequately repaired. Period. You just lied to a customer on a public forum, in your first sentence. You successfully referred me back to the insurance that you own and control, and have yet again just tried to blame your customer for a failed repair. Pretty reminiscent of the customer service. Fair that you’re jaded dealing with annoyed clients, but this was just a failure on CPR part and you should...
