Anyone thinking about using this company to digitize their memories should know: 1) This "location" does not actually provide any services; it merely acts as a "drop-off point." 2) They will not give you any indication of what their services will cost until you surrender your items. They call back several days later. If you miss their call, plan on waiting on hold when you call back. I gave up on the first try after 7 minutes. 3) When I finally made contact with their "consultant," I was told the conversion would take a month. 4) I was supposed to drive back to the location to retrieve my items; they don't mail it to your home. 5) I can't be sure, but I would bet that the person I was talking to was based in a...

I had 5 reels of 8 mm film converted to digital as a gift to my 88 year old dad. I also shared it with the rest of my family, including a cousin that is battling cancer right now. Needless to say, the memories preserved had an amazing impact for us. Everpresent did a great job - staff were very helpful and handled my materials so very carefully. I felt a lot better personally dropping it off rather than boxing it up and sending it to some unknown location like so many other services do. My wife and I culled through some 4,000 35mm slides that chronicled some 38 of our 47 years years together. Our entire family history in living color. End result was about 900 slides we entrusted to EverPresent. Results were wonderful. Every step of the process was extremely professional, respectful and courteous.
