I came into the Canton location on a whim, and was greeted immediately. When the item I was looking for was not in the size I was looking for, the manager quickly looked up the dress at another location- which happened to be West Hartford. When I stopped into the Farmington Ave location, I was kindly greeted and Theresa graciously chatted with me. The store was well stocked, organized, clean. Everything was clearly marked. I used to shop here and spent hundreds of dollars, but in October 2024 I had a few experiences that made me feel really unwelcome. This Francesca store has great selection. However, I ended up buying nothing because one of the employees lacks manners. While I was looking through clothes on a rack, the employee came running over to show another customer something and basically inserted herself exactly where I was looking without saying excuse me.
