Industrious — Local services in West Hollywood

My brief experience: a call or conversation was loud enough to fully take over the atmosphere, roughly 70% of the time. This figure does not include instances where members were considerate enough to speak in barely audible ‘deal voice’ between one another.

Otherwise, a wonderful atmosphere, soft ambient music (if you happen to not be involuntarily pulled into a zoom meeting.)

More like a Starbucks or country club than a legitimate co-working space.

My recommendation to management: offer (require) conversation and calls be held privately in rented rooms to (1) preserve common area atmosphere and (2) drive sale of office space - both serve a healthy revenue model.

I talked with staff who shared it is not policy to moderate the chatter - unless it is ‘excessively loud’ - WHICH WOULD BE SHOUTING!

Unfortunately this cancels an otherwise amazing atmosphere. My heart goes out to the investors. Staff: let me know when the atmosphere is curated differently. I’ll come back and amend this review immediately.

Industrious West Hollywood is a FIVE STAR site! We've had a satellite office here since October and absolutely could not be happier. This Industrious site has clean, beautiful design, while also providing comfortable and efficient work spaces (and great views from the 11th Floor across Beverly Hills and the westside). Industrious provides a variety of work spaces to suit anyone's use (single and multi-occupancy offices, as well as great meeting and phone rooms) as well as top-notch amenities (including lightning fast wifi, tasty breakfast and snack options each weekday, and unlimited color printing). Community Manager, Cesar definitely goes above and beyond and has helped our teams find additional spaces when we were too large for the Industrious meeting spaces...

This is my first shared office space experience and it's been amazing the past year.

The individual office space is super unique as it offers dry wall on three-sides which allows for a bit more privacy and allows you to customize the space to your liking.

The common spaces are modern and very clean and has amazing views of the city. I can see the ocean from my office on a clear day and the sunsets are simply stunning.

Cesar is the Community Manager and he is the backbone of the space. Our office takes a lot of meetings from outside vendors and Cesar is the first face they see upon arrival - our visitors always have nothing but compliments on how hospitable of welcome he provides.

I can't recommend Industrious West...
