I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Salehani. The doctor is knowledgeable and the procedure went well.

Pros: The front desk is very nice and answers any questions you may have. The lady was on top of it! During the consult the doctor also goes over everything in detail, he went over all the potential risks as well, which I really appreciated. I didn’t end up having any complications during the surgery! Had no pain after my surgery and was completely okay after 2 weeks, but I did have some bruising which is normal. The clinic is clean and you feel comfortable there. They take good care getting you in and out and making sure there is someone to pick you up.

Cons: The pricing structure… I understand the best doctors cost more, but the prices were a bit odd. $30 for “Anastasia evaluation” and it’s just one question that asks you if you’re allergic to anesthesia that you check no to. Then there’s the $200 charge for adding vitamins to an IV which turns out to be optional. Then there’s $900 for blood concentrate product that the doctor puts in after he takes out the teeth to help with the healing. These optional charges are not covered by insurance by the way. I did keep this option and I think that’s why I had no pain after the surgery. But it was still pretty expensive and I’m not sure if people know that’s it’s optional because I wasn’t told that the vitamins or the blood concentrate were optional... I requested no vitamins and they took off that charge from my total which was $3668 ( $2300 out of pocket $1300 from insurance). One week after surgery there’s a follow up with the doctor to make sure everything is ok. The follow up felt very rushed, I feel like I didn’t get to ask all the questions I wanted to. The doctor took a look at my teeth and said that everything looked good but he failed to see that a piece of a tooth was stuck under my gums and was causing irritation and bleeding, and you could visibly see it sticking out from under the gum. I told him that I was bleeding from my upper right teeth and he said it was normal, but I was only bleeding because there was a piece of tooth left in there that wasn’t supposed to be there. I obviously didn’t know what it was and after the doctor told me that the bleeding will stop and that it’s normal I proceeded with my life and hoped that the irritation would subside. It wasn’t until a month later when I said enough is enough, and I set up flashlights and tweezers to see what was going on there, and I pulled out a tiny piece of a tooth from under my gums. I attached a photo of it for proof.

Overall, the experience was good and I’m glad that I didn’t have any pain during recovery which was important to me and the only thing that went semi wrong was the forgotten tiny tooth piece in my gum that Dr. Salehani didn’t see when I asked about it. Which of course isn’t ideal, but it’s not that big of a deal to me. If you’re looking for a pain-free recovery, then I definitely recommend this doctor although he is expensive out...

There is an episode of the “Explain it to me” podcast called “Is my dentist scamming me” and it truly reflects my experience in this dental office. First of all, when I was checking in the person next to me was also referred here by my dentist at Birdseye Dentistry. I have no problems with my wisdom teeth and neither did she and we were both referred and suggested that we get them checked. The surgeon and consulting was fine. I could tell from the nine diplomas/certificates displayed on the wall that he is a knowledgeable surgeon. Yes, I counted them. When I was checking out they didn’t give me a receipt and I insisted for it. I am glad I got it. About a month later I saw on my dental insurance statement how much they were covering and the office had over charged me. After multiple reminder emails of asking for the overpayment back, three months after the day of initial payment, I have received it back!!! Would I trust this surgeon if I had to get surgery? Yes. However I would never be sure if I would really need the surgery in the first place. I also would not trust the front desk in making appointments or getting...

This review is way over due’ - I came to visit Dr. Salehani’s office for a consultation on Morpheus 8 - it’s been about 2 years and the results are still amazing! From the minute I called the office his front office manager as Elisa was amazing over the phone and put me at ease that I was taken care of. His staff is super friendly, bed side manners to the point. Dr. Salehani explains the Morpheus 8 to me and answered all my questions. I’m sure regular numbing would have been fine but I’m the kind that rather take a nap for it. - I was sedated the first time around and the second time just local numbing of the area being treated. I left the office with minimal redness on my face and back to work the next day.
