Let me just start by saying take your business and money elsewhere, anywhere but here. I ordered my pizza from PSP on Saturday September 27, 2025 and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in my almost 8 years of living in LA.

I wanted to order the Four Cheese pizza with onions, mushrooms, and pizza sauce (Four Cheese Pizza is a white pie), and I figured the most reliable way to place this order was over the phone to leave no room for miscommunication or misunderstanding (specifically when it came to the add-on pizza sauce, I had a v strong feeling that would get missed or confused on their side) and emphasize I wanted to add pizza sauce to the Four Cheese Pizza.

So I called. Some dude answers and is super short with me speaking very quick and unintelligibly and all of a sudden I’m on hold without even realizing what was happening. So I’m confused and hang up and decide to call again. They answer, I tell the dude I’m trying to place an order for pick-up over the phone and in this mocking tone is like “yeah that’s fine you’re just going to have to wait a while you’re better off ordering online.” I tell him I don’t mind and he puts me on hold. I’m on hold for a hot second so I decide to place my order online.

Long story with that was my Applepay was glitching and not letting me add a different card to pay with, so I’m like you know what I’m going to call back and try to place the order over the phone again. Dude answers and is once again super rude and short with me and says something like “oh you’re really determined to place this order over the phone.” And I’m like yes I am, dude puts me on hold again. And I’m holding, holding, holding … dude is no where to be found.

So I say f it I’ll just place the order online and log in to the app (which I was not trying to do because I forgot my pw and didn’t feel like resetting) so I can circumvent the Applepay issue and manually add in the card info of the card I wanted to use.

I place my order for the Four Cheese Pizza with onions, mushrooms, and red sauce and pay the exorbitant cost of the pizza.

I get to the restaurant to pick up my pizza and tell me why it’s completely EMPTY. Yet yall were so determined to put me on hold for what exact reason? Whatever.

I give them my name for the pizza and the dude made the corniest joke ever (like soooooo corny 💀). Idk if he knew it was me from the phone (I have a v strong feeling he knew it was me), but whatever i have my pizza and I dip.

Tell me why I get to my final destination, open my pizza box and there’s no red sauce. The way I just knew this was going to happen, so of course I call PSP and let them know what’s up, and dude answers and is being soooooooooooo rude and aggressive for actually no reason whatsoever, like I promise you sir I’m not the reason you’re so agitated and mad… I’m just calling to get my refund on the $4 I paid for the pizza sauce I never got, and proceeds to tell me I have to take it up with Ubereats because it was placed through a third party, or if I want to come back I can pickup the pizza sauce. First of all you don’t know that I’m v far away and am not coming back just for you to give me pizza sauce for me to dump on my already made pizza…. Sorry but not sorry, thats not what I paid the exorbitant amount of $$$ for. I wanted my pizza made with the pizza sauce, hello!!!!

Anyways I’ll never be giving them any business again and you shouldn’t ever. I’m sorry but check your personal issues at the door and be nice to people especially when you’re in a customer service role. And also don’t be lazy and take my order over the phone and none of this would have...

Let me start off by saying that @psp_la has some of the best pizza I have had yet here in LA. I ordered the Spicy Spring Pie which comes PILED high with all this fantastically greasy and tasty roni cups. The crust was simultaneously crispy and soft in all the right flavors and their sauce had the slightest kick of heat but was robust and flavorful. I had wished there was a little more cheese on the pie, but to be honest, it was still a stellar pie even without it.

Now, I have to be a little brutal. I am a big advocate of supporting restaurants, especially during Covid, but my experience at @psp_la was pretty awful. Here's how it went down...I placed my order at 12:15 over the phone (after calling and calling for 15 min and no one picking up....which to me was an obvious sign that they were busy). The woman who took my order said that my order would be ready in 30-45 min but that I would receive a text when it was ready. I arrived at PSP at 12:45 but waited in the car for my text from them. At 1:00 I had received no text so decided to walk to the restaurant and check on my order. When I got to the front, there was a line of ppl waiting (as I was expecting) to place their order, as well as a separate group of ppl waiting to pick up their orders. Guys.....I did not receive my 1 pie and 2 sodas until almost 2pm. I asked workers 3x to check on my order and each time they told me 10 more minutes. I watched countless ppl ordering after me and walking out with pies before I even received mine. They finally attempted to call the manager to come speak to me but was told that she was busy and that I should email her. I was not given a refund but 2 extra sodas as compensation. While the gesture was kind by the staff, I waited almost 2 hrs for pizza. I also found out from my husband that workers seemed to be slipping pizza to their friends out the back door. Now, I didn't witness this myself but I am shocked at how things are being run there. I really hope they figure out a more efficient service delivery model and fast because that pizza is bomb and I'd really like to come back. If Howling Rays can pull off high quality food, long lines, and delivery,...

As someone who’s lived in California for 13 years, finding a slice of pizza that truly hits the spot has been a challenge—until now. Prince street pizza , originally hailing from New York, has brought a piece of the East Coast to the West, and it’s hands down the best pizza I’ve had since moving here.

The moment you step in, you’re greeted by the familiar aroma of freshly baked dough, tangy tomato sauce, and bubbling cheese that takes you right back to New York. The crust is perfect—thin, with just the right amount of crisp on the outside and a chewy, flavorful interior. Each slice is generously topped, and the balance of flavors is simply outstanding. The classic slice is a standout, with its fresh taste and the perfect touch of flavor , but even the more creative options, love the “naughty pie” pizza, are nothing short of divine.

What really sets Prince st apart is their commitment to quality. You can taste the authenticity in every bite, from the house-made sauces to the imported cheeses. It’s clear that they’ve brought their A-game to California, ensuring that even the most discerning pizza lover won’t be disappointed.

The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, with a nod to its New York roots through vintage photos and memorabilia. The staff is friendly and clearly passionate about their craft, always ready with a recommendation or a smile.

After 13 years of searching, I can finally say that I’ve found my go-to pizza spot on the West Coast. If you’re craving a slice of New York right here in California, Prince street is the place to be. They now have multiple locations...

I just found my new fave pizza place in the whole West Hollywood/Hollywood area. Their location, on the still humming Sunset Strip, is small and built for quick service and on the go eating. Their front line staff is very welcoming and offers good attentive service. They have a great variety of pizza slices, pizza squares, whole pizzas to order, and soft drinks. The vibe is just very chill, and even though it's within blocks of the Rainbow bar & grill, The Whiskey au-go-go and The Viper Room, and Beverly Hills, it never feels pretentious. There's just a mix of all kinds of very chill people. Their walls are covered with framed photos of celebrities that are so casually dressed they just fit right in with their every day/night customers. I think even celebrities know they can just dress down, pull that baseball cap over their eyes and have a great slice New York style goodness. No one cares. We're just all there to eat! Big plus, there was once a slight delay with my pizza, that I didn't even think of as a delay, but they were thoughtful enough to give me an extra, because they thought I was inconvenienced. I was NOT, and this is just the kind of thoughtfulness that makes me happy, even in these tough economic times, to support this local business! Bigger Plus! I just realized there's a closer location to me at the old Arby's on Sunset Blvd in Hollywood (Dang!!! The cool, classic Arby's neon sign is still there, too! plus-Plus-PLUS!) That just gives this location an even cooler retro-American vibe! Can't wait to go there!
