Iâll start with the good: Ms. Soroudi is delightfulâwarm, friendly, and a pleasure to chat with. During my visit, she recommended 45 units of Botox. Now, Iâve been around the Botox block a few times and usually get 50, so I did raise an eyebrow (while I still could) and mentioned to her my usual dose. We had a whole discussion about it, and she assured me 45 would be plenty. âGreat!â I thought. Then I got home and checked the bill. 58 units. Not 45. My schedule is hectic, so I didnât get around to reaching out right away. A few days later, when I received a follow-up text, I politely mentioned there had been a billing mistake. I figured it would be cleared up quicklyâmaybe even with a touch of embarrassment on their part. I was fully expecting a quick, âOh my gosh, weâll fix that right away!â But no. They doubled down, insisting that I must have misunderstood. I remember the conversation clearly because I was actually surprised by her recommendation of 45 instead of my usual 50. You donât just invent 13 extra units mid-chat! So I decided to wait it out. Maybe I somehow was wrong? I figured if I really got extra units, it would kick in and leave my forehead smoother than a marble countertop. So, I waited. And waited. Two and a half weeks later, Iâm still out here raising my brows more than usual. I literally have a proof on my forehead that they either dilute botox or I was correct the entire time and she only administered 45 units. Either or. There is no other possibility. To their credit, they offered me a complimentary visit... but letâs be honest, thereâs nothing complimentary about fixing your own billing mistake. I gave them plenty of time to make it right, and instead, I got a masterclass in gaslighting. Iâm not going back. I already have a bad taste in my mouth after this lack of professionalism, and no way I'm stepping my foot there again. There are plenty of med spas out there that know how to do basic math and take responsibility for their work. I only came here because I was in a rush and they had next-day availabilityâwhich, in hindsight, should have been my first red flag. Good places usually require an advanced appointment scheduled....
Read moreThis was my first visit to Los Angeles Aesthetics, and Iâm so glad I chose them! As a male client trying these treatments for the first time in the States (I used to have to travel out of the country ), I wasnât sure what to expect. But from the moment I walked in, I felt completely comfortable. The place has that Beverly Hills/LA vibe â clean, stylish, and professional â yet super welcoming at the same time.
Dr. Dina Mustedanagic and the entire staff were amazing â genuinely excited to help, clear in their explanations, and focused on making sure I felt confident and relaxed throughout. I had Botox, Vitamin B12 injections, and Borax therapy, and the entire experience left me feeling energized, refreshed, and ready to take on the day. Iâm so glad I found a place locally â no more trips out of the country just to get the care I want!
If youâre looking for top-quality care in a setting that reflects the best of LA culture, I highly recommend Los Angeles Aesthetics. Iâll definitely be...
Read moreDonât even know where to start- The facility is. STUNNING. Upon entering all of the staff are friendly and welcoming unlike other medspas Iâve been to. The first time I visited I went in for Botox and NAD injection with Samira and I couldnât be happier with my results. Samira really took her time with the injections and listened to what I wanted. She was so kind. I also asked about NAD injection and she explained all of the benefits to me and I did that as well and felt great. I then spoke with Merdina to tailor a plan with NAD injections moving forward as I was dealing with muscle pain likely related to fibromyalgia and those NAD shots have worked so well for me. I have more energy, Iâm not in nearly as much pain and I am much more focused. I would absolutely recommend this med spa for anyone looking to get Botox and fillers or stay on top of their vitamin injectable game And they also have a dental facility there as well, so it truly is a...
