Dr. Motykie has changed my life. I had a nose job done a long time ago and it was completely botched, it was so terrible and it caused me so much trauma. I went to many other consultations and was given ridiculous options and pricing with either making the nose bigger by adding a graft or doing the job but only seeing a 2mm difference. I was hopeless and feeling like it just wasn’t possible for me to have at the very least normal looking nose. I saw Dr. Motykie on Instagram and his before and afters were mind blowing and some looked very similar to mine. I thought, okay let me give this one more try. As soon as Dr. Motykie walked in the consultation room his confidence completely put me at ease. He said “Oh, this is easy!” I felt as tho it was too good to be true but the more we spoke the more I knew I was dealing with an absolute pro. I went ahead with a revision rhinoplasty and subtle fat grafting. My results were absolutely amazing, I was so happy and finally felt normal and confident. Two years after I went in for a post op, as perfect as I thought my results were compared to what I had before Dr. Motykie saw a few areas that could be improved. I was so appreciative that he is such a perfectionist and truly cared that I received the best results possible. I now have not only a normal looking nose, I have the nose of my dreams and every insecurity that I had with my nose is gone too. I have never felt so truly confident in my whole life until now. Not only is Dr. Motykie patient, kind, hardworking and so sweet his office staff is just as amazing. I always joke that I feel like i’m at Disneyland when I am there because they are so genuinely friendly and kind and always answer my questions and never make me feel stupid for asking everything on my mind. Especially Maya, she had been my go to and just a genuinely sweet person who is so caring and makes me feel like I’m just catching up with a friend. I had an amazing first experience at Motykie Med Spa (and second, because I've already been back again!). I recently moved to LA and was struggling to find a place that matched the filler results I got on the East Coast. I found Pawnta’s work while looking through the top injectors in the US, and her results looked incredible.

Pawnta answered my call even though she wasn’t in the office, kept great communication, and the office was able to squeeze me in the next morning, but nothing felt rushed while I was there! Motykie Med Spa is beautiful inside and out, clean, and the staff were super sweet and accommodating. They did a thorough medical screening, which I appreciated as it showed their commitment to the best results.

During the consult, Pawnta was not forceful nor pushy with her thoughts on what I might want to get based on what I told her during our consult at the beginning of my appointment. She gave helpful recommendations for my lips and shadow work, explaining the benefits of each option. The advice was spot on, and the staff were just as supportive. I asked about additional treatments, and she made time to accommodate them during my visit, which was super great.

Pawnta followed up a week later and got me in for a quick touch-up. She also fixed my previous botox that wasn’t balanced. Pawnta kept everything very natural, enhancing my features without changing my face structure/smile much.

On my second visit, she used a different technique to avoid bruising, which worked perfectly. She followed up again to make sure everything was going well, just like last time. Finding what works best for you sometimes requires a skilled injector like Pawnta, who has various methods to achieve the best results with minimal healing time. I inquired about products, and she gave me amazing recommendations that were personalized to my needs. They are hands-down some of my new favorite products!

I have no complaints at all! Pawnta and the staff were welcoming and did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend Pawnta to anyone (and Motykie Med Spa). The general care and attention to detail are great, so happy with my results, and I can't wait to go...
