I never leave bad reviews (usually I would simply not return.) However, my experience was so upsetting, I am compelled to write the following: I was so happy when they opened because it is very convenient. I went there twice. The first time was great.
On the second visit, the owner or manager was extremely rude. I don’t mind that English is her 2nd language but she practically yelled at me when I could not understand her. She also glared and gave really bad vibes.
More importantly, they scraped up my nail and/ or gave me a fungus. I really hope it’s just scratched up. I truly am not a demanding/disrespectful person. I did not insist (as some do) that they redo the color when it turned out to look bad on me. I did not demand a redo when it started to chip after less than a week.
I’m looking at my messed up nail, worried it’s a fungus, can’t get a pedi or wear sandals until I know for sure, so I am leaving this negative review. Also, they were extremely rough and the pedicure actually hurt. I would leave 0 stars if I could.
*Owner subsequently replied that my review was “racist.” There is no reference to race in my review. Lack of fluency speaking English, rudeness and/or poor quality of services has nothing to do with race. In fact, I did not even mention staff’s race in my review and it was not a factor in my bad experience. I predict they will be out of business soon.

It’s happen twice where random fees were charged at the end for a mix of two colors. My nails went from $65 to $100 because I got 2 nails Chrome (my chrome powder) and 2 pink stripes. I had gotten my nails done a week before and although that professional did the job to patch through some photoshoots, my nails were cracking within 5 days. Jessie understood the situation and only took off one nail, saving a poor patch job from the previous technician and the health of my natural nails.
