Soho House Holloway — Hotel in West Hollywood

First off I have to say I’ve been to many of the Soho houses all over the world and I’ve never written a review. Holloway House has to be the best service and best food I’ve ever encountered of any Soho House. We were first greeted by who must’ve been the general manager, Brittany. She was so lovely and genuine and her service was just over the top. Not only did she give us options of where we wanted to sit, but she offered to give us a tour of the house. We decided to just sit in the main room because it was a bit chilly to go on the roof, but we’d love to check it out next time. She checked on us the entire night and I couldn’t have been more thankful for that type of care and concern in today’s service industry. I think we can all agree it’s gone down after Covid. I’ve never experienced that type of service at not one Soho House. The staff was incredible too. Never an empty water cup, and we had multiple people check on us throughout the night. It started with Jeffrey who was so kind and so professional. Then we had a lovely waiter by the name of Alex or Olex (not sure how to spell the name) but he was also so lovely and kind. We ended the night with Pablo who was just adorable and so professional and well spoken. He seemed to know the menu by heart and gave us all the most delicious desert options. Holloway is a unique Soho House that caters to those looking for an intimate and more personable environment than some of the larger scale homes.

This house isn’t about gyms, pools, and spas, it’s about socialization and connecting. They throw fantastic events and wonderful mixers! Every event I’ve attended here has been incredibly organized and I’ve met some really wonderful people :)

The rooftop is such a great place to hang during the day when you have time to kill in the area and the patio downstairs is an even better place to have dinner. Great place to get work done, have coffee, handle a causal work meeting. It’s a nice spot that you can always guarantee you’ll have a relaxing spot away from the chaos of the area.

Holloway house has the best staff. I was greeted by host Hana who is absolutely adorable and always so sweet. Channing at the front desk is also so sweet. Honestly everyone is. I love Maya too! I forget the boys names but they’re awesome also. I had dinner on the roof and was waited on by Yaya who was so attentive all night long. I loved having her as a server. I was also waited on by Brittney who is always going above and beyond with her wonderful spirit and great customer service. I believe she’s a manager but she does just about everything including serving and running and always seems to be doing working so hard with just the best attitude.
