They have good customer service and have friendly people. I went in for a mole removal on my face with high expectations since I saw great reviews. I went in there and everything was okay but then when it came to the procedure the doctor didn’t perform it but someone else did. If you want good service I suggest you stick with the doctor himself and let him do the procedure if you want things to go well. So flash forward and you can tell it’s not the best removal as the person left a small chunk and it just didn’t remove well And now it’s just not a good look. They sent me to this other doctor and that doctor is seeing what he can do and now this has become more of a hassle than I thought it would be :( especially since it’s on my face. I knew coming in of the setbacks since they explained it to me and I was okay with it but the day of the shave (the removal of the mole) after she was done I felt iffy about it cause I could still see it but I put my faith in it and didn’t question it. I can not say enough good things about Dr, Darvish, he really cares, he is informative, patient, kind and such a warm human being. I wish every DR was like DR Darvish. He is one of a kind and incredible. I feel very blessed to be in his care Lexie at the front desk is so lovely! Lexie gives you undivided attention and is happy to help. She was very friendly and supportive. The place is super clean. What a change to be helped by a front desk person who is kind, knowledgable and supportive. Lexie patient listened to us, showed compassion and guided us to the right appointment. Everyone is customer service should take lessons from Lexi give this woman a raise she deserves it! I wanted to add that Raphael Darvish is incredible, he made me feel very safe and even cracked a joke when I was sad about my issue, he is a VERY sweet man and really cares. I came here for a routine procedure months ago after the pandemic was largely over everywhere. The procedure was fine, but during the procedure my mask had slipped below my nose which I allowed it do so I could breathe. Dr Darvish was hostile about this and barked at me to cover my whole breathing area. I won’t get into the science of why cloth masks are basically useless, but If he’s vaccinated and believes in it then I’m not sure the reason for his behavior… it honestly was silly and uncalled for.

After, I was then escorted and guided out by the doctor and treated as if I was a lost child who couldn’t locate a hallway. I won’t be returning here again.
