Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in West Linn

So Dutch Brothers has always treated me wonderful. I’ve had my drinks covered a couple times through the years for me on really bad days and I mean just talking to people and being human with them and being vulnerable it’s usually my go to place when I’m having a rough day or just to get some good coffee. Today my man Tate, who works at the Westlinn Dutch brothers which it’s fairly new, was so generous he bought my drink because he could see I was having a bad day he was very attentive and really caring and I just love the humanity and respect shown from all these employees they do a great job training and picking the right people I think Customer Service is extremely important. The employees here are super friendly without being over-the-top. We are quite happy with the service was received at this location the several times we've been there. Unlike most Dutch Brothers locations, they have both a dining area and a drive-thru. We've used both and service has always been quick and friendly regardless of drive-thru or ordering inside at the counter. The beverages are always ready quickly, and the employees are always friendly. Also, there pricing is much better than some of their well-known competitors. Unlike their competitors, they are also open late which is awesome, since sometimes we want coffee, tea, etc even when it's late. This is our preferred location to go to. Dutch Brothers consistently impresses me with the level of personable attitude the staff is required to display. Normally that would only come at management level but each employee seems to be invested in the customer being satisfied with their visit. Young woman who helped me that this night was exceptionally friendly and focused on getting the service and product completed and in my hand I came there 2 minutes before closing. I was made to feel as though I was the most important person there. Excellent coffee, fantastic flavor combination.
