I shop at this store. Often and Iam always. Happy. With. My experience but. Today had. To return three items from a hundred dollar. Shopping. Trip. Two weeks ago had my reciept and cahier. Gave. Me a hard time. About a tee. Shirt with. Tags. On it saying it was. Worn I said. No the tags are on it then. She. Said two. Other. Items. Had. No tags. I show. Her. The. Price tags on. Both she. Wasn't. Going. To refund anything another. Lady named. Delores was. So. Nice said. It's right give her. Refund and as I was checking out after. Spending another. Fifty dollars this cashier made a rude comment about. My husband. Who was. Waiting in car. For me .Iam always. Nice and polite to everyone but this cashier is rude...

Love the deals and the merchandise..but the employees at this store are the absolute worst..I work in the area so I'm there at least weekly..each and every time there is a line if about 5 to 10 people & no other cashier to open up another register..why? Because they're all out front smoking & on their phones..literally 90% of the time I come here this is the issue...management blows..employees could careless..place is a joke as far as customer service...worst...

I'd like to praise an employee by the name of Carol that worked around 7:30pm on 02-25-2022. Her customer service is out of this world! She was extremely helpful to my husband and I. Hoping a manager sees this and rewards her, handsomely. Bless you, Miss Carol! I'd also like to recognize the employee that greeted me and offered me the motorized scooter upon seeing my impaired walking. I didn't catch her name, but she was very polite. Great crew...
