Who ever the store manager is needs to be retrained on how to interact with customers. He or she refused to tell me their name. So I'm not even sure if it was a manager. I couldn't tell by voice if it was a male or female.
I ordered food and realized I had in wrong room number. I call the store and say I put the wrong number, he very rudely says per papa johns policy we don't deliver to rooms. 🤔It'll be left at the desk. Me a bit confused I just say ok then I would like to cancel my order. He said your food is already in the oven, I said I tipped very well to get my order delivered to my room. (If I wanted to get dressed, I would have just picked up the order myself). I would like to cancel my order. He made a noise and hung up on me.😶 I waited 10 mins and never received an email. So I called back to make sure it was canceled. He was even ruder to me. I'm like so confused about why he is treating me so poorly. I never once got loud or spoke rudely. (Honestly just worked 12 hour a day, and barely have the energy to speak. I just wanted to smash some papa john's pizza.) After 2 mins of truly the worst service I've ever had. I just hung up. This store manager seems like a miserable, depressed person who hates their job. I can see by the reviews a lot of people have problems with the manager.
But being a manager you are representing the company and you sir are destroying the papa John's brand.

I've seen the commercials hype up the excellence of the establishment. Had me intrigued. But my first impression of the place has been underwhelming. Customer service is not up to any real standard in the "customer service" field. The front counter attendant had to be told by a patron that I was standing in line, though he looked right at me. The young lady preparing my pizza began so without washing her hands. When asked to do so, for medical reasons, I was given attitude. Even though I have no such thing to start. Here after waiting for about 45 minutes, the message came up that it was delivered. Delivered where? Well it wasn't at my home. I don't know if it was delivered at another house, but I called the store. The people at the store kept placing me on hold, so I couldn't even explain what happened. After back and forth, I decided to go to the store to pick up my pizza, because I didn't trust their delivery process. There service is poor and how they compensated me was poor.
