Horrible experience with the night shift manager Amber working the drive thru. I ordered doordash as a local business owner I use Doordash for a lot of my daily quick meal needs. I am not sure what the issue was with the dasher that arrived to provide me my order but she refused to give a DOORDASHER food for a paying customer. Under no circumstances is that okay. Not only did she not give him the food this caused me to directly wait for another dasher to be located! It is night and after 11pm. Doordash could not find anyone and after 25mins and also two calls to the store to see what exactly happened with my food which I never even got a chance to ask because the first call I made when I called to ask the name of person working drive thru as I was going to ask to speak with manager she hung up. I thought about it but decided to call again to ask to speak with a manager when she answered she talked quickly and at this point I figured she was only one working the drive thru and manager when I asked her to confirm. She said her name was Amber. This issue really needs to be investigated if she turned down giving a DoorDasher food for a customer completely separate causing them to wait 25 additional minutes and at this point all other options are closed. Read more06/15/2024 was a day like any other. A few friends and myself decided to visit the local taco bell. Everything was going according to plan, as well as it could go for a taco bell trip, you never have your hopes super high. Apon entering the establishment i am met by a devious look from the cashier. I must have been disturbing something given the blank expression and headphone wearing i was receiving. You would think the employees had pre-existing "beef" with me, which is odd considering what i found in my crunchwrap supreme. I guess this was a vegetarian crunch wrap. I believe they may have put a dusting of meat on it, however, without searching with a meat detector and a fine tooth comb you wouldn't have found it. I ordered this with no sour cream on the crunch wrap. . . They took it upon themselves to edit my order, guess they know me better than myself. They included the sour cream which I implied I did not want. I was also informed they were out of Baja Blast freeze in a very flat, unamused tone, as if it were my fault. I needed something to wash this unbelievably dry and meatless crunch wrap down and had to go with my 2nd choice of regular Baja Blast. I dont understand how you're out of meat and Baja Blast because i believe that is what Taco bell is built on. But enough lettuce to feed the rodent section...

The employee on the intercom was unfriendly, and when I asked for a Baja Freeze, he argued about the drink’s color being turquoise instead of acknowledging my order. He literally said “ no the color is baha freeze???? Like what ?
At the window, there was no greeting, just a roll of the eyes as he took my payment. He nearly dropped my drink and didn’t say goodbye or thank you. This lack of professionalism made me uncomfortable, and I checked my food before leaving, feeling uneasy. Ultimately, I lost my appetite and didn’t eat the food. Such a shame for a place that should prioritize customer service.
