Subway — Restaurant in West Mifflin

I am giving 1 star because I have to. I went there Thursday June 9, 2022. It was around 8:30 pm. They are suppose to close at 9:30. The 2 young ladies working there decided to close at 9 pm. My fiance and I were ordering many sandwiches. The 2 young ladies were so involved with their lives and what had to be done for Sunday. They were having a conversation between themselves and didn't want to take time out to listen to what we were ordering. I said excuse me, I don't mean to take you away from your conversation but I am not done with my order. The one young lady got upset and started to give me attitude. So I gave attitude back to her but I was polite about it. So she went to the register to start ringing us up. She kept asking the other young lady what kind of sandwiches did we order. She kept saying I am not giving any sandwiches away for free. I am going to open all of them to see what they are. I told her she didn't need to do that. We could tell her what the sandwiches were. She again said I am not giving away any free sandwiches. She proceeded to ring us up. She charged us for 9 sandwiches and 8 meatballs in a bowl. We ordered 7 sandwiches and 8 meetballs in a bowl. When I looked at the receipt I questioned her and tried to explain that she over charged us. I slammed my hands on the counter and said you were so worried about giving away a sandwich, that you over charged us. I told my fiance to handle this, I am going outside. The young lady at the register told me to get out of her F* store. I turned around and asked her what did you say to me. Then I turned around and walked out.

When I got home to feed my family I noticed there was only 6 meatballs in the bowl. They are so worried about over charging they can't get things right.

They need to worry about doing their job when customers are in the establishment and worry about personal life on their time. Both young ladies should be let go and bring in people who want to work and are worth getting a paycheck. These 2 young ladies need professional...

I’ll never order from this location again. First of all, you have to listen to the entitlement of the * Rocket Scientist * know it all kid they’ve got working there. Then after you’ve held your tongue through the portion of making your food, you’re rewarded with the chinciest skeleton of a sandwich you can imagine. I ordered mine on flatbread and you can tell anything was on it, for $10! Even lettuce, when I asked for lettuce, they spread some skraggles of lettuce across as if it was a balding persons hair spread around. It was a spicy Italian, the amount of meat they used was 6 slices of salami on a foot long, that was it! Do yourself a favor and spend too much of your money...

Mostly good service....was not happy with how the Italian bread looked this time. I don't visit weekly, more like every other or so but I am so disappointed that no matter what time of day I go they never have the raspberry cookies and. A lot of the time they are out of chocolate chip. We like to buy the dozen. I can't tell you the last time I got cookies from subway. They always say either they have to make them or it's going to be another 20 mins. This factor sometimes makes us get...
