This was a Monday night. Got there and was asked what I wanted and I ordered. The guy ran around for 10 minutes and THEN determined that I wasn't the preorder he couldn't find, I was actually placing an order for my food. Tried again- placed my order for real and then paid. My name is on the digital board. 50 minutes roll by as my order goes from prepping to cooking to complete and I start noticing people that arrived after me are getting their orders. Some of them even asked me why I was still there. I go up and the staff tells me that my order got "kicked out of the queue" which was so confusing because my name was on the board the whole time. Felt like some weird scam. But by this point I've been watching the guys leave the bathroom and start slapping out dough without wearing any gloves, handling cash then handling food without wearing gloves. Crew didn't look the most hygienic. The place looked disheveled and not clean. I decide this is probably a blessing in disguise and just ask for a refund without pushback. No receipt given, I just have to trust my funds will be refunded. Again, feels like some weird scam or some extremely poor level of competence. Make me wait for over an hour and then expect me to place my order for a THIRD time and wait 20-30 MORE minutes? For a single order of topperstix?? Suggest management take an audit of the practices there and completely...
Read moreWell, since I have nothing to eat during my lunch time I find myself rating this Toppers location. Nothing else to do during my 1/2 hour lunch. I could be eating my lunch, but I guess I am not important enough to call with any difficulties happening.
Ordered lunch online. STILL Waiting for my "lunch" to arrive. If you can't deliver within a reasonable timeframe, then why are you giving an estimated delivery time? Or how about adjusting the estimated time your site calculates closer to the actual time it is taking. This is now DOUBLE the amount of time it has estimated. It would help if you have a hiccup in your assembly line/driver/delivery route/oven/employee... whatever.....you called people when things are going to be over an hour vs. the estimated time of 20 mins??
My lunchtime is over and I didn't have my lunch to eat. Was having a bad morning, am hungry and have drank my soda already, so nothing to drink IF or WHEN my "lunch" ever arrives. :(

Read moreI made my order online and got the wrong pizza. Didn't have any of the toppings I wanted on it. Which is fine because I figured I could call and just get a new one. But no. First they wouldn't deliver it if I wanted a new one because they were short drivers. And second because I ordered online the guy said he really couldn't do anything for me because it was an online order. I asked to place it over the phone and all I wanted was the pizza with the toppings I wanted at the 5.99 price. I couldn't do that either I had to get a second thing. Yes I understand the deal is 2 for 5.99 but you messed up the order just charge me 5.99 and send out a new pizza! Common customer service protocol. I wanted to pay for it but I didn't want to have to pay for two items. Just the item I wanted made over! But that was apparently to hard. Thanks dude on the phone my plain cheese pizza was soooo good! Oh this was also after the delivery driver tried to give me the wrong order! Slow down pay attention and work with people!
