KFC — Restaurant in West Milwaukee

My experience was a disaster. THIS LOCATION DOES NOT DESERVE ANY STARS!! I went through drive thru today around 8:45pm. I ordered a combo and while I was in the middle of ordering the cashier interrupted me. Then when I told her what I want for my beverage she asked me me repeat it 3X after the 3rd time I spoke up louder and the cashiers response was " you don't have to raise your voice at me" My response which was I apologize but you asked me to repeat the same thing 3X. Then a man's voice came on the intercom and he asked me again what beverage did I want.. I repeated myself again but I also heard a bunch of commotion I'm the background so I asked him was there a problem and why did you have to take over the order? He ignores me and asked me again what kind of beverage do I want then he became irritated and told me to just pull up to the wimdow. A young lady came to the window. I immediately asked to speak to the Manager. Once the manager came to the window I asked for his name which he barely gave me so I don't know his name. I then continued to complain about my experience and he ignored what my complaint was and continued to ask what type of beverage do I want. At this point I'm beyond upset and I make a comment " I see why your employees behavior is the way that it is because your behavior is the same. Waited in drive-thru for 30 minutes to order. Order taker was great - could hear her clearly & she repeated the order. Took 15 minutes to get to pickup window. Received sodas & told to pull-up as there was a 3.5 minute wait on order. Pulled up & waited 45 minutes - no order came out. Went inside & stood at counter for another 5 minutes - no one was inside at counter. Employees were just standing around with hands in pockets, not doing anything - completely ignored me. Front Mgr (as she called herself) finally came up front & extremely rude, told me that I was "to yell at her to get her attention as it was not" her "job to pay attention to the front counter". After yelling at me for 5 more minutes, she finally took my receipt and looked for my order, which none of the employees seemed to know anything about my order. So they had to start it all over. The whole experience was over 90 minutes for a drive-thru order!! Manager did NOT apologize or thank me for waiting or my order. She was just rude and annoyed. We did not receive any silverware, or napkins with our order either. I will NEVER return to this location again! It was the worst experiece ever! The location on 108th the chicken is not seasoned like KFC but is moist and there was an active adult working but I decided to try 43rd st location SADLY. I was at this location around a year ago was told they ran out of chicken. I stopped back 2wks later to treat my neighbors so ordered 2 8 piece buckets of chicken around $10 a bucket just chicken, order taker team that took my order carried themselves well. Chicken taste okay! Went ordered a bucket today all 4 employees had an attitude that I talked nice to since I was a customer/guest of their KFC place of employment. Now $20 a 8 piece bucket of just chicken. And it tastes terrible actually nasty the seasoning coating was tuff, chicken cold as if it had been put in a microwave or was sitting in the warmer from the other day!! It's not just the employees, IT'S THE CORPORATE DECISION MANAGEMENT, GREED, MAY BE THE OWNER IF PRIVATELY OWNERSHIP, But whatever it is the food and employees at this location stink.
