We had a contract with Fraser from Feb 2015 through Feb 2020. About 2.5 years into the contract we no longer needed the copier. They were unable to take the return of the copier until the end of the contract (Which I would have paid for in full) so, it sat in storage for 2.5 years. We continually asked to be able to return the copier. It wasn't until December 2021, 10 months after the contract was finished that we received an email with information on how and where to return it.
