West Reading Precious Metals - BY APPOINTMENT — Local services in West Reading

I stopped in a few days ago and it wasn't a great experience. I felt like I was being rushed and he seemed genuinely bothered by my stopping in to asked a few questions about a few coins I had. When I showed him a few Indian Head cents I had that were full liberty with diamonds he said "I'd offer you 25¢ for the because I sell those for 50¢. I have bags and bags of those". So I showed him a seated liberty quarter from 1854, he looked at it and said I could possibly get $15 or $20 for it online. I felt insulted. I left and won't be coming back or telling anyone else to go there . If I could upload pics of my coins I would so you could see the coins for yourself.

UPDATE::: I'D JUST LIKE TO START BY SAYING THAT I'M HAPPY FOR ANYONE THAT'S HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE HERE, BUT IT'S MORE LIKELY THEY WERE PAID TO LEAVE NICE REVIEWS OR THEY ARE FRIENDS OR FAMILY WHO WERE COAXED INTO LEAVING GOOD REVIEWS FOR THIS BUSINESS. I'M SURE YOU'LL NOTICE THAT ANY CRITICISM THAT'S BEEN LEFT FOR THIS GUY WITH THE INTENTION OF HELPING HIM IMPROVE HIS BUSINESS WAS MET WITH JUDGEMENTAL DEROGATORY COMMENTS ABOUT THE REVIEWER. IN ACTUALITY ALL OF MY OFFERINGS WERE EITHER SEALED IN PROPER COIN FLIPS, CAPSULES OR SLABS FROM A REPUTABLE COIN GRADING COMPANY. HE DID NOT SAY ANYTHING HONEST ABOUT ME, MY COINS OR OUR TRANSACTION THAT DAY SO IF YOU TAKE NOTHING ELSE AWAY FROM THIS, PLEASE JUST SEEK ANOTHER OPINION SO YOU'RE ABLE TO JUDGE FOR YOURSELF. DO NOT GO TO A PAWN SHOP, THEIR OFFER WILL PROBABLY MATCH HIS. FIND A TRUSTWORTHY, REPUTABLE COIN DEALER. So I randomly called this store after my father in law passed away because my mother in law found this whole lot of coins. These coins were totally random and not a collection. Luis was absolutely AMAZING!! He literally took his time and looked at every single coin and educated us on values, wear and tear, coins buried and a whole ton of other information. We were blown away at his fun smart witty personality, his knowledge, his honesty and last but not least his professionalism. He treated us amazingly!! He didn't even have to pay me to write this lol
