Just ok. The prices were high for what you get, even when considering that it's sushi. I got a sushi burrito and expected something burrito-sized. Instead, I just got an uncut sushi roll. Don't get me wrong, the quality was good, but the quantity just wasnt there for the price. I probably could have overlooked that and given 4 stars if it wasn't for the fountain drinks. I got soda and it tasted watered down. I thought to myself, "Ok, maybe the syrup for that was out". This wasn't the case. Between two of us, we tried at least half of the options for the fountain and they were all watered down as if the syrup was turned to the minimum for all options. Now best case, all the options were just about empty, which is bad customer service. Worst case, the fountain syrup was turned down on purpose, which is just being cheap. I'd go there again if someone really wanted to go there, bit I personally...

Went for a take out order but was concerned that the fish might be hanging around too long since it’s quarantine and all.

Broke down after walking away and placed the order. On both occasions upon entering the restaurant the server/ manager/ owner was preoccupied in the back and did not greet me with a warm welcome. This is important to me since I walked and drove past dozens of other restaurant in an effort to support their small business.

I had the sushi rice with salmon, chicken, avocado plus mix ins and sauces. The salmon was buttery and had no off taste or smell the chicken on the other hand was straight cardboard. It was dry, chewy and flavorless, I am certain that it was several, several days Old. The avocado was entirely brown and was literally one tablespoon.

Cost $10.99+ I was very...

I come in regularly for my Cindy Roll and normally love it and get great service but today I was given the worst roll of my life. This is a $16.91 sushi roll which is tempura shrimp with mango, avocado, spicy mayo, crab meat, and masago. Today my shrimp was cooked to death! There was barely any shrimp or mango in my roll, it was over-cooked, the breading was extremely hard (inedible), the shrimp wasn't deveined, and the shrimp was like hard rubber. So incredibly disappointing for the price I paid! When I called to complain I was not offended a new roll or the money back, I was only offered a $5 credit towards my next purchase. This is unacceptable and not how you keep your customers. You have to be consistent. You have lost a good customer who sent many...

2 stars only for variety on menu & customer service. Menu did have inaccuracies, such as my spicy salmon bowl promising raw salmon, but all the salmon I received was fully cooked & pre-shredded, so when mixed in, it was barely detectable. There was also hardly any cucumbers & roe in the bowl as you can see (I literally just mixed it up and picked up some for the camera). The bowl was also only halfway full, and I paid $20 for this meal (including the boba tea, which is depressing as you can see). Boba tapioca wasn't even fully cooked. The only Asian worker in this entire joint was in the kitchen moving stuff around; front of house staff were of other races. Decent food, if it was accurate to the menu, but definitely not worth being priced as much as it is.

I ordered the spicy ponzu tuna bowl. The ahi was not fresh cut. Preparation time was fast. I requested a substitute of green onions for the sweet onion to which they informed me they did not have green onions. I asked for furikake which they also did not have. Part of the recipe was jalapenos which were chopped and not finely diced. The end result was jalepeno slices much too large for the style of food being served. Taste was a 5/10 but options for customisation and preparation were lacking. I likely won't be back. It is a shame because I just moved here from Waianae and was looking for a comfort food spot that reminded me of my years in Hawaii.
