The staff here is scared due to the large amount of self-entitled and selfish attitudes from the customers in the area. The atmosphere of the business is suffering because customers have probably very little to no experience as kitchen staff. I found the young ma helping me to be very polite and professional but also bracing himself to be yelled at.
There is nothing wrong with the service or food quality. It's perfect for it's brand and business model. Frankly, I am more disturbed than the staff is walking on eggshells that intensely. I truly hope they have a manager that is willing to stick up for them and to tell rude and entitled clients to leave.
The place is wonderful...the clientele not so much. Do with that what you will.

I know they have been dinged in the past for light burritos and I have had that happen before. I didn't bother me because I like less sometimes. Tonight I noticed the burrito went down the line to the last toppings and a second person stepped in to wrap it. She immediately asked me if I wanted more in the burrito and I said yes. It was already good enough but she re-visited the carnitas and rice/beans bins to fill it even more. It was a huge burrito. I think they are responding to the "light burrito" comments and are double checking everything which is Awesome. I get sometimes mistakes happen. However; multiple mistakes is no longer a coincidence. It appears to become a pattern. A pattern that states to the average customer that this establishment simply does not care about you. They simply want your money, for you to shut up and not complain. Under your leadership, your staff has constantly messed up my order. There are only 7 ingredients on the menu. How is it even possible to mess up one’s order multiple times.
I’ve ordered a Sofritos bowl multiple times and instead I end up getting chicken. How does the staff confuse it for chicken?
