I have known the family who own this location, and have been very pleased with Bob's service at both Exton and Downingtown locations. Today I had a fantastic experience with Kathy & Sarah at the Exton location. I wanted to have a delivery order for a work meeting. I called and spoke with Sarah about placing the order online and it being the first time in doing so and wanting to be sure it would be completed, as it was for a work meeting and surely didn't want any surprises. I noticed it would not allow for delivery on my order since my order wasn't meeting the $200 minimum, so I placed an order for pickup. Although it wasn't the most convenient option, I was still willing to order something different than the Wegmans I typically order.
To my surprise, about an hour later received a call form Kathy, whom Sarah had explained to that I mentioned when I called that I spoke about a deliver order, but had placed a pickup order. Kathy called to let me know they would still offer delivery for a $150 order still and that the delivery option prices of the items I chose would bring the order up to the $150 mark.
I was simply so appreciative of this option, stunned at the follow through and excellent customer service. This really helped me ot be able to not have to worry about running out and getting the order, and can focus on the other tasks I need to accomplish. This was fantastic...
Read moreThis is the second time we have had a bad experience at this location in the last six weeks. Last time it was stale (HARD) cookies.
This time we ordered our food through the app, let them know we had arrived, and then waited in our assigned parking spot for more than 20 minutes. When I went inside to see what had happened they said they were having a problem with the diet lemonade. After 25 minutes we received our order and then had to ask for HOT chicken to replace the ones in the bag that had obviously been sitting on the counter for almost half an hour.
The gallon of diet lemonade was not labeled, the jug was not full and more than a quarter of it was pulp and undrinkable.
For a fast food restaurant chain that prides itself on service this was a horrible experience. Mike, the operations manger (according to his name tag), did absolutely nothing when I commented on the long service time. No apology, no replacements, NOTHING!
BTW, this was in the middle of the afternoon and there were no lines whatsoever.

Read moreI was very pleased with the meal I had at Chick-fil-A. After all these years they've been in business they have not reduced the size of the chicken breast like Wendy's did about 8 years ago. The chicken breast is fried in peanut oil which gives it a very unique taste. The waffle french fries were very hot, and it's that way no matter when you go. They do an amazing job making sure their food tastes like it was just out of the fryer or just freshly made, which it was. Even when I go 15 minutes before closing everything is still hot and Fresh, so Bravo to them. They also have very friendly drink refills. It is nice not get a dirty look from the person assuming you're trying to get away with something. If you want a fresh and tasty fast food meal, this is where you should go. I have to say that chicken breast has this amazingly unique crunchy texture that you can't find anywhere else. Very good, and healthier than a burger.
