The previous reviews are CORRECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY HERE!!!!!!!!! We wanted to buy furniture from the NJ store, inquired about financing. We were told that the NJ store did not have it and to contact the PA store. We did and the application was done over the phone withe owner. A few hours later my mom was told she was approved. She called back a few days later to get the delivery date and was told on Friday, June 22. I had her call earlier this week to ensure the delivery would be made and they told her YES. So, today is delivery day and I had her call to see if we can get an estimated time for delivery; however, instead of receiving that information she was told that something went wrong with her financials. She asked to speak with the store manager and was told he would call her back in 10 minutes. As expected he never did, so, she called the store. There was no answer the first time; so, she called several more times with no luck. I even called from my phone but no answer!!! We have since filed a complaint with the BBB as they have all of her personal information. BEWARE and read the other 2 reviews!!!!! Wish we had.... SHADY, SHADY,...

0 stars if I could! Go elsewhere - pay more if you have to! The price of professionalism and good customer service is worth it, which this store does Not have. Ordered sofa from here for new house. They delivered by the day they promised, but sofa came with no protection/wrapping/blanket etc. (thank God it wasn't raining). They brought the floor model from the store (not new) with scratches on front of fabric and beat up furniture feet. When I pointed out the discoloration, no apologies, no discount, but was told to buy a furniture marker. Persuaded us to get the matching loveseat after seeing our space, which they promised they had in stock. Been waiting 3 months now and still no loveseat. Called, texted many times, but was ignored and no return calls... walked into the store to see owner face-to-face and was given some excuse on not being able to get deliveries until warehouse truck was filled up with orders and he'd let us know when it came in - still no followups. Wish I could find the match elsewhere, I would surely pay more to finally have my furniture and better...

Do not spend your money at this store Alex is the owner and he is a crook and a shyster! I ordered furniture from here last year I paid him in full in cash the price that he set then he changed the price and told me that it wasn't for what I ordered that 1 of the additional pieces I ordered wasn't originally ordered and charged me 900 more dollars. it took me forever to receive my furniture I got story after story. my furniture was finally delivered the delivery man damage the whole bottom of my couch. it is a year later he still will not fix it will not return my calls every time I go in the story gives me some BS story about how hes got a guy to come and fix it but it was all B.S last time in the store he told me he would pay me the price to fix it which was supposed to be $250 it has been 3 months and I have yet to receive a check he will not answer my phone calls and hides when I come in the store I've literally seen him run in the back of the store do not buy furniture here because you...
