Awesome jewelry store! Cindy, the saleswoman, was so excited when my fiancee and I came in to pick out her ring. She was very helpful! The ring came on time and looks beautiful and my fiancee is a very happy lady! We will be going back for wedding rings! We went to a different jeweler closer to our house and he seemed kind of "eh" about us (it could have been because we are two women, but not positive) over I don't know if it was our budget or not, and we didn't really see anything we liked. Then we came to Designer Jewelers and my fiancee immediately found a ring setting she liked. Cindy and Derek worked with us to get the diamonds into the price range I provided. We could either go with an oval cut with natural diamonds, but it would be smaller, or with a larger round cut with lab grown diamonds and my fiancee chose the lab diamonds and the ring is gorgeous (and was $500 less than my max budget)! They had no issue with our budget or that we chose lab diamonds (they are cheaper than natural diamonds, but still look gorgeous). We are very happy customers!

Update: Still 5 stars! Went back there while running some errands and so my fiancee could get her ring cleaned and I had a question for Derek, who was honest when I asked about putting some diamond chips in a wedding band that once was my dad's. Due to the design he said it wasn't possible, and I appreciated his honesty. Also, he gave us a great place to get engagement photos done and that is where we are going to do them in April because we both loved it and our photographer happens to be shooting a wedding there this summer so he was glad to be able to scope it out beforehand with us in a lower pressure environment! My grandparents were very big supporters of this business and purchased a lot of jewelry here. They passed and the majority of it was sent, with receipts and paperwork, to my siblings and myself. Recently, I looked into selling some estate jewelry. It has come to my attention that there were inaccurate diamond grading at this shop to way over value the rings purchased. Specifically, a GIA grading was done on a canary diamond my grandfather purchased for $17k. He received with it different grading, which scored it as much finer than the ring actually was on the GIA grading. I understand jewelry will have a markup, but this is outrageous. He paid about $11k over what the ring was always valued, and based on the meticulous records he kept, this was something that happened regularly at this store. I’m grateful he never saw how much he was taken for a ride here, as he always considered himself to be a friend...
