Subway — Restaurant in Westborough

The staff is kind for the most part but the newer staff is rude. Often the person making my food has an iPad blatantly watching a tv show. It wouldn’t be an issue if my order was correct but when I explained an allergy they were obviously distracted and could have killed me because it’s a serious one. I asked them to correct it and they were super annoyed. Always look at the veggies as they’re putting it on your sandwich because often times i’ve seen vegetables that should not have been served also look at your price because the newer staff has been charging me more for things I’ve never been charged at any subway for. The regular staff that I’ve seen for months has always been super kind and super happy to help and super present and knows their customer base but the newer staff just does not care about health safety or even listening to the customer I don’t need someone to hold my hand and thank me for my business but when I pay for a sandwich I would like to not go into anaphylactic shock because they were...

Employees wanted to spend their time talking to each other instead of helping us. We came in hoping to use a coupon. The man at the counter ignored us, stabbing a box of gloves with a knife instead of greeting us or asking if we were ready to order. After I got his attention, I tried to start my order but he cut me off and said, "coupons are for online orders only." (Totally untrue, but whatever). He then proceeded to just ignore us again. Was here yesterday to receive a free cali turkey which consists of turkey, cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato and smashed avacado. The gentleman proceeded to make my sandwich and was ready to put it in the oven without the bacon. I said I wanted the bacon and he said there was a charge. The lady worker is now looking at the menu and doesn't say anything. He charged me 85 cents. These people need to study their menu.
