Staples — Local services in Westborough

Recently used the Print and Marketing services at the Westborough Staples for a mildly complex business order. Unfortunately, the order was done incorrectly. FORTUNATELY, this Staples has the smarts to have Sabrina on the team. Sabrina was amazing! Even though she hadn't produced the order, she took on the responsibility of being sure she KNEW what I wanted, and then getting the order done correctly herself. She then proactively went above and beyond and got the order to me within about an hour without my needing to ask for her to do that. She continued to provide great customer service by taking the initiative to handle the billing for this order so that it came out to my benefit, again without my asking for this. Without a doubt, a superstar in book! - Which may seem to run downhill from her manager, Heather, whom I also spoke with throughout this process. She seems to be another superstar by enabling her employees to do these kinds of things. These are the types of skills that can't be trained. couldn't get the ink I wanted in store. ordered it anyways and found it would take 3 days! I offered to pay more to have an over night and was told they cant do it. I found a company who did overnight it and immediately called staples back to cancel the order (2 hour's since I ordered). Talked to the same girl who I placed the order with asked to cancel gave her the info and she said I was all set. I then received the ink days later and called the store, the manger said you cant cancel once the order was placed and I would have to come into the store with the refund. He was very polite and had the information I needed but didn't...
