So the one star represents Verizon as a whole and not at all the experience in store. Cat and Nick have been a big help to me and my sanity. I bought an iPhone and switched from us cellular on dec.2 and took part of the promotion to receive a 300$ Verizon gift card for switching couriers. The promotion states that after 4 weeks I can submit the rebate and once processed it will be another 4 to 6 weeks to receive the gift card via email. Well it’s now March 13th and I have spent over 50 hours yes 50 on the phone personally and close to 25-30 hours in store trying to get the 300$ that I am owed. During my first visit which was a 5 hour in store visit, halfway through the regional manager came into the store and fired the store manager that was 3 hours into helping me get what I was owed. Now Cat is the regional manager and as said has been a very big help to me every time I come in yet despite her best efforts has yet to make any progress on this issue. Verizon and the powers that be continue to tell stories and tall tales as to when I will get my rebate. Everyday I get a notification saying they’ve had a problem processing my rebate but when we call they say don’t worry sir it’s on its way and you’ll have it within 36 to 48 hours as well as a 172.65$ bill credit, yet like every other lie I’ve been told by Verizon since I started this stress filled adventure with them, that was not the case. I’m now owed 472.65$ and as of todays visit with the less then helpful replacement for the amazingly helpful and knowledgeable Jamie who was the store manager whom was fired for letting her 76 year old mother was the bathroom, which by the way they don’t have for customers like myself who have on multiple occasions spent over 3-4-5 hours in the store, I’ve been told once again to wait 4 days to see my bill credit of 172.65 and then call the rebate center which is a third party and has to affiliation with Verizon other then to process the rebates. To say the very least I am at my wits end with Verizon and their lies and am ready to just cancel both my phone lines and return both phones I have purchased through them and find another courier or resort back to homing pigeons as I’ve been left with such a horrible memory that once was the excitement of getting...
Read moreMy wife and I dropped by Verizon Be Mobile in Westbrook, ME Tuesday night, simply to buy a lens cover for her iPhone 14. What deal we landed upon! I was blown away by how knowledgeable and helpful "Nick" was. By the time we left that night, we had rearranged my Verizon "family plan," received a free upgrade for my wife to an iPhone 16 Pro and with needed accessories for the new phone, we were entitled to a promotion for a free iPad. The switch to the "Ultimate" plan for my wife reduce the price of the media apps we had - Apple and Netflix, and added Disney+, Hulu, ESPN and MAX at very discounted rates. That night I went home and upgraded my daughters (she lives in Austin) iPhone 12 to the iPhone 16 Pro, with the same free promotion. When I returned yesterday to turn in my wife's old phone, I was able to upgrade my 5+ year old Apple Watch to the latest new one, (with surrender of my current watch) for about $130.
I was taken by Nick's knowledge and helpful attitude. Also, as a former 30-year small business owner, I was impressed by the cordial team spirit amongst the staff, proactively helping one another with technical questions about devices and upgrade promotions, all to the benefit of the clients in front of them. Nick went above and beyond and stayed till 930 making sure I had everything I needed and everything was transfered and set up even though I came in few min before close. Since this a Bee Mobile location they are paid to put the customers needs first, not hike up the prices on accessories and only treat you like commission. I would highly recommend going to see nick and the manger Brock and the rest of the team for the best Verizon experience out there.
